the wifi was disappointing it was very slow. i needed it for work, i spent too much time trying to connect. the air conditioning in the room struggled it did not maintain a consistent temperature. sometimes it was too cold other times not cool enough. the noise from outside was noticeable despite being on a higher floor i could hear traffic. it made it difficult to relax completely.

The staff was very helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient! restaurant service also proved excellent. I found everything seamless. the rooms are spacious, and the staff is very polite. i also found the staff courteous.

The free wifi is restricted to 512 kbps speed. I found this strange for a 4 star hotel! i think it could improve a lot. It should provide a faster connection.
